Invitation Letter (Visa)
If you require a visa to attend the IFCPC Congress, an official letter of invitation can be issued by the congress secretariat.
How to obtain your letter? Requesting this document is integrated into our online registration process:

Go to the registration platform.

Fill in your personal details.

During the options step, select "Yes" to the question "Would you like an invitation letter?" and fill in the additional personal details required.

Once your registration is finalized, your request will be processed.
Processing Time: Applications are processed on a weekly basis. You will receive your invitation letter by email within a maximum of 7 working days after your payment has been confirmed.
Important Note: The invitation letter is intended solely to assist with visa applications and does not imply any financial commitment on the part of the IFCPC. We strongly recommend starting your visa application process at least 3 months prior to the event.
