- Pre-event registration payments can be made by credit card, debit card or invoice.
- Registrations can be paid for by invoice until 16 October 2023 inclusive. After this date, registration payments can only be made by credit or debit card.
- Invoice payments will need to be settled within 30 days of the registration date to be valid.
- Online registration will close on 6 December 2023.

A letter of invitation can be downloaded during the registration process for the Congress. Please note that letters of invitation can only be issued to delegates attending the scientific programme and not accompanying guests.
Travelling to Paris
Travelling by air
Paris is easy to access with two international airports connecting to over 100 countries. The Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 1-hour drive from the venue. France’s latest entry restrictions and requirements can be found on the French Government website.
Travelling by train
Paris is a hub for an extensive rail network with connections to major European destinations.
- Gare du Nord station is connected to London, Brussels, Amsterdam and Northern Germany.
- Gare Montparnasse station is connected to North-western Spain.
- Gare de l’Est is station is connected to Southern Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
- Gare de Lyon station is connected to Switzerland, Italy and Spain.
Using local transport
Metro / RER B trainline
From terminals 1 and 2 of the Paris Charles de Gaulle airport, you can board the RER B trainline to reach the Paris city centre within 45 minutes. Trains will commonly run at 15-20 minute intervals between 5.00am and 12.00am.
Taxis
Licensed taxi drivers will have an illuminated “Taxi Parisien” sign on the roof of their vehicle, a display meter showing the cost of your journey and a notice on a rear window displaying the vehicle’s regulations, fares and registration number.
All taxis will accept payment by cash, credit card or debit card. The following flat rates have been introduced between Paris and Paris airports since February 2022:
- Rive Droite to Paris Charles de Gaulle airport = €53
- Rive Droite to Paris Orly airport = €37
- Rive Gauche to Paris Charles de Gaulle airport = €58
- Rive Gauche to Paris Orly airport = €32
