The organizer and its processor idloom process your data in accordance with the European GDPR. The information you provided is necessary to organize the event you will be attending, issue invoices, confirm your registration by email, create your badge, and allow you to modify your registration. This data may also be processed by the organizer as part of its legitimate interest: to promote its activities by informing you about them, to show you partner and sponsor offers related to this event, to obtain analytics on the event, and to enable effective networking by displaying your name and company on the participant list. You have the right to object to these processing operations.
idloom will only process the user’s personal data within the European Union or in third countries after obtaining appropriate safeguards with the processor or recipient. The data is transferred to the organizer’s country. The organizer will retain your data after the event until the expiration of legal retention obligations, including tax and accounting requirements, and until the end of liability.
You may request from the organizer (data protection officer available at ifcpc@clq-group.com / phone: +33 1 44 64 14 50) a written copy of your data, as well as, where applicable, data portability, rectification, restriction of processing, or deletion of inaccurate, incomplete, or irrelevant data.
